Skye was born September 3, 2005, and from the minute she popped out of her mom's belly, she's been an absolute delight. She crawled faster and farther than any of her siblings, and, as the puppies grew, her overwhelming curiosity made her the natural leader of the "pack". That curiosity has definitely stayed with her as she's grown (there WAS that incident with the skunk, after all) and has added that extra little something to her already vivacious personality.

She now resides with a lovely family in Sherwood, OR, whose loss of their family dog devastated their son. Skye seemed to sense his grief and immediately attached herself to him as if she knew she could help. They're now "best buds", and she has 4 of her very own people who constantly fuss over her, which, I know, is just how she thinks it should be!
